Sonic Ablutions is the split between autodealer (Matthew Richter) and The Corrupting Sea (Jason T. Lamoreaux). The split was sold on their April 2023 mid-west tour. Coming together for the first time, autodealer and The Corrupting Sea dual headlined a tour, playing gigs for the first time together. As a duo, they are known as Transverse. The middle track on the split is a Transverse track recorded during the Returning to the Fount of Destruction sessions.

Initially offered to The Corrupting Sea bandcamp subscribers after returning from tour, the split will be offered to the public for the first time on September 1, 2023 alongside the release of Transverses’ new album Returning to the Fount of Destruction. The purpose of these simultaneous releases is to allow both artists to shine as individuals and to show that, when they come together, there is a special fusion of those voices. As both artists have noted to one another, they feel their work not only pushes the other to be better but the creative end product is always more lush and exciting.

Get the limited split on September 1, 2023 either by itself on limited CD or on digital formats. The album will also be offered in a package with Transverse: Returning to the Fount of Destruction.
