Somewherecold Records is proud to present the first collaboration between City of Dawn & The Corrupting Sea entitled “Mosaic of Senses”. Their combined work came from trading files over the internet. They both met in Texas in the larger ambient scene that flourishes in that state. Both, connecting through music and then through a continued friendship even after The Corrupting Sea moved to Kentucky, decided that it was time to join forces and join their strengths together into one album.

These pieces, mixed by Damien Duque and mastered by Jason T. Lamoreaux, form a cohesive album that sustains their combined sound from beginning to end. Kevin Press from The Moderns Blog has stated the following about the album: “Ambient recordings don’t often deliver this much range. City of Dawn & The Corrupting Sea have delivered an album that is both larger than life and serenely personal.”

“Mosaic of Senses” will be out on July 16th on Somewherecold Records on both very limited CD and in various digital formats.
