Well, things are starting to ramp up at the label and there are many things happening behind the scenes to bring you a more vibrant and accessible Somewherecold. But that’s not stopping us from sending great music out into the world. Our first CD (Digipak) release comes from shoegaze wonders Vicious Blossom which is the project of Nate Zerbe and EJ Hagen (Highspire). The EP was indeed released by Vicious Bloom in digital form at their bandcamp but the Somewherecold Records’ version comes with a digital version of an unreleased EP as well as a remix of the song “Sway” by Simon Scott of Slowdive.

The CDs have been made with a short run of 50 and people have already started ordering. The official release of the CD is February 5th and the digital download of the EP + the bonus tracks comes immediately with your order.

Here’s to a great 2021 and, please, remember that Jeremy Bastard‘s vinyl is up for pre-order and will be out Jan. 22.
