Droneroom: Jesus Year Out Today! (Somewherecold Records, 2020)
Out today is the last release for Somewherecold Records, the fabulous Droneroom: Jesus Year on CD and digital with over two hours of bonus tracks in the form of remixes. A re-release of an album that deserved a larger physical release. Jesus Year was the album that got Somewherecold Records’ attention in the first place and got Blake Edward Conely a message from label owner Jason Lamoreaux.
Given that some fans may have this album already, the album is offered in a special edition which comes with a mini-disc box set containing “Dancing Plastic Flowers (Live at Mag Bar 3.4.2020)” as well as a three panel insert, a label sticker, and a plastic baby Jesus. Further, when you download the album after purchase, you will get access to over two hours of remixes from Giacomelli, Tristan Welch, The Correupting Sea, Nonnconah, odd.circles, and more. This is a listening journey you shouldn’t miss!
The original album comes in a beautiful digipak, the deluxe edition with the album and a beautiful minidisc boxset, and when you download the album you will get all the remixes.
